10:36 - IDF issues evacuation orders for Dahiyeh ahead of strikes
IDF Arabic Spokesman Colonel Avichay Adraee issued evacuation notices for 5 different sites in Dahiyeh, warning residents to stay at least 500 meters away from the sites. Indicating the locations of the specific buildings with maps, the spokesman warned, "You are located near Hezbollah facilities and interests, against which the IDF will operate in the near future. For your safety and the safety of your family members, you must evacuate these buildings and those adjacent to them immediately and stay away from them for a distance of no less than 500 meters."
10:20 - IDF starts planning security barrier on Jordanian border
The Israeli Defense Ministry said it started “detailed engineering planning” for the creation of a border barrier along the Jordanian border at the directive of new Defense Minister Israel Katz.
Planning is estimated to cost tens of millions of shekels, and will include building an initial section of the fence including advanced surveillance equipment, as well as probing potential environmental hazards, and soil surveys.
At the moment, the 309-kilometer (192-mile) border is being secured by an older, low-tech fence, which military and police officials say is sufficient to prevent most gun-smuggling attempts, according to Times of Israel.

159 humanitarian aid trucks entered the Gaza Strip on Monday via the Kerem Shalom, Erez and the new "147" crossings, according to the IDF's COGAT unit, which is coordinating its activities in Gaza, Judea and Samaria.
Of those, 57 trucks entered northern Gaza via the Erez Crossing carrying food, shelter equipment, and medical supplies, as well as baby formula and supplies and sanitation equipment, COGAT said.
However, only 28 trucks were collected from the Gazan side of Kerem Shalom by international organizations, while around 730 trucks worth of aid are waiting for collection.

Magen David Adom reported that a 70-year-old woman was seriously injured by shrapnel in the latest Hezbollah barrage fired at Nahariya, and an 80-year-old man sustained minor injuries.
The two were evacuated to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya. Police said several falls were identified in the city with damages reported to the building and nearby parked vehicles.
