Prime Minister Naftali Bennett welcomed a delegation of Republican members of U.S. Congress to his office today.
The delegation, led by House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, discussed diplomatic and security issues facing Israel, including what seems to be an imminent nuclear deal with Iran.
Bennett thanked the American congressmen for their support of Israel and emphasized the importance of bipartisan dialogue between Israel and the U.S.
The delegation was sponsored by AIPAC.
Last week, a delegation of Democrats from Congress led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi visited Israel.
