The morale in Israel is very low. People are expressing anger, frustration, sadness and shock.
Just two days ago, the scenario of hundreds of terrorists infiltrating from Gaza into Israel's civilian communities was inconceivable.
Watch the video above as ALL ISRAEL NEWS correspondent Rotem Magen asks Israelis how they are feeling after the “black day” of Oct. 7.
Some of the responses are:
“Frustrated, devastated, angry and embarrassed”
“There is tension in the air all over”
“It never has been quite like this.”
“Great sadness.”
“Shocked.”
“I'm afraid for my friends, for my family.”
“It's a very depressing day.”
“I feel sad. I feel lost. I feel all alone right now.
“I feel that it's a return back from 50 years ago, the Yom Kippur War, but worse.”
“It's the black day."
“I feel surprised. I never saw a day like this.”
We ask you to stand in prayer for God to instill hope in the people of Israel.
