Amid reports that a ceasefire in Lebanon could be declared tomorrow, the IDF Home Front Command raised the alarm level in several areas of northern Israel.
As part of the changes, public activities in the border areas and the Golan Heights will be limited. Some local councils announced that schools would be closed in the coming days.

A plane transporting the body of Israeli-Moldovan Rabbi Zvi Kogan landed in Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion Airport, an airport official told AFP.
Kogan is set to be buried on Monday at 11 p.m. on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem.
18:00 - Netanyahu to discuss Lebanon ceasefire deal with coalition leaders tomorrow
According to reports in Hebrew news media, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will convene the coalition leaders and confidants tomorrow morning to discuss details of the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon.
He will also discussion the proposal in the cabinet, which is set to meet Tuesday evening in the IDF's Kirya headquarters in Tel Aviv to discuss the ceasefire plans.
17:29 - Mayors of northern communities say Lebanon ceasefire is 'surrender'
Leaders of northern border communities slammed the proposed ceasefire deal being negotiated by the U.S.
Metula Mayor David Azoulay called the ceasefire agreement “a surrender deal” during an interview with Channel 12 news.
Kiryat Shmona Mayor Avichai Stern criticized the deal on Facebook, writing, “This agreement hastens [another] October 7 in the north and this cannot happen.”
“I don’t understand how we went from total victory to total surrender,” he continued, referring to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s "total victory" slogan for the war.
16:58 - One drone and 10 rockets launched into Israel in past hour
Following sirens that sounded between 16:40 and 16:41 in the Northern Golan area, the IDF said that approximately ten rockets were identified crossing from Lebanon into Israeli territory. Some of the projectiles were intercepted, and some falls were identified.
Following sirens that sounded between 16:19 and 16:21 in the Golan Heights area, the military said one drone that crossed into Israeli territory from the east fell in an open area. No injuries were reported.
16:29 - IDF strikes 25 Hezbollah sites across Lebanon
Over the past hour, the IAF conducted intelligence-based strikes on approximately 25 terror targets belonging to Hezbollah's Executive Council in Lebanon, including in Nabatieh, Baalbek, Beqaa Valley, Dahiyeh, and the outskirts of Beirut, the IDF spokesman's office announced.
Among the targets struck were the Executive Council’s command centers, and intelligence control and collection centers, where Hezbollah commanders and operatives were located.

14:25 - IDF issues evacuation orders in Tyre
IDF Arabic Spokesman Col. Avichay Adraee issued evacuation order for parts of Tyre.
Displaying a map showing the targeted area, Adraee said, "Hezbollah's activities force the IDF to act against it forcefully, as we do not intend to harm you. You must immediately move out of the area marked in red and head north of the Awali River. Anyone who is near the elements of Hezbollah, its facilities and combat equipment, is putting his life in danger."

The Lebanese National News Agency reported that ten people were killed strikes in Tyre earlier today, while 17 were wounded.
13:34 - IDF issues additional evacuation orders for Dahiyeh
IDF Arabic Spokesman Col. Avichay Adraee issued evacuation orders for three additional sites in the Dahiyeh suburb of Beirut to be targeted by the IDF in the coming hours.
The IAF already struck several Hezbollah sites earlier this morning.
12:20 - UAE publishes names, pictures of 3 suspects in murder of Israeli Rabbi Kogan
The interior ministry of the United Arab Emirates published the names of the three men suspected of murdering Israeli-Moldovan Rabbi Zvi Kogan.
They were identified as Olimpi Tohirovich, 28; Makhmudjon Abdurrahim, 28; and Azizi Kamilovich, 33; all are said to be citizens of Uzbekistan.
"The competent security authorities have begun conducting initial investigations with the three perpetrators arrested for committing the murder of the Moldovan resident, "Zvi Kogan", in preparation for referring them to the Public Prosecution to complete the investigations," the ministry stated.

Following the sirens that sounded at 11:31 in Kfar Aza, the IDF announced that one projectile was identified crossing from the northern Gaza Strip and fell in an open area. No injuries were reported.
11:08 - Hezbollah command centers in Dahiyeh hit by IAF
The IDF Spokesman's Office announced that a short while ago, the Israel Air Force (IAF) conducted intelligence-based strikes on several Hezbollah command centers in the Dahiyeh area, a key Hezbollah stronghold in Beirut.
"Hezbollah deliberately embedded its command centers in civilian areas, using the Lebanese civilian population as a human shield," the IDF said.
The military said that prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate the risk of harming civilians, including collecting prior intelligence, leveraging aerial surveillance, and issuing advanced warnings to the civilian population in the area.
10:47 - Lebanese media report strikes in Dahiyeh following recent IDF evacuation notices
After IDF Arabic spokesman Avichay Adraee issued an evacuation notice for parts of the Hezbollah-dominated Dahiyeh suburb, reports in Lebanese media said the IAF has begun carrying out strikes there.
Adraee had published an evacuation notice including maps indicating the location of three buildings to be targeted by the IAF.

Following sirens that sounded between 10:07 and 10:09 over concerns for a hostile aircraft infiltration in the Western Galilee, the IDF announced that one UAV that crossed from Lebanon was intercepted by the IAF.
Sirens were activated due to the possibility of falling shrapnel from the interception.

Following sirens that sounded at 08:35 in the Upper Galilee and Western Galilee areas, the IDF announced that approximately 20 projectiles were identified crossing from Lebanon into Israel. Some of the projectiles were intercepted and fallen projectiles were identified in the area.
08:35 - Man lightly wounded by shrapnel as Hezbollah fires 20 rockets at Nahariya
Almost exactly 12 hours after the last rocket alarms sounded in northern Israel, Hezbollah resumed fire with a 20-rocket volley at Nahariya and surrounding areas.
Magen David Adom rescue service said paramedics provided treatment to a 75-year-old man in good condition, fully conscious, with a shrapnel injury to the head. He was later evacuated to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya.

08:32 - Palestinian media reports 2 killed in clashes with IDF near Jenin
The Palestinian Authority-affiliated Wafa news agency reported two people killed in a firefight with IDF troops in the town of Ya'bad, southwest of Jenin. Wafa claimed that the clashes broke out after IDF soldiers entered the town and a firefight broke out, during which 16-year-old Muhammad Hamarsheh and 20-year-old Ahmad Zeid were shot dead. The IDF said, the two were seen carrying IEDs and were shot after throwing the IEDs.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf on Sunday said that in response to the
International Atomic Energy Agency's (IAEA) calls for greater transparency, the country has increased nuclear enrichment.
"The Islamic Republic of Iran's reciprocal response to this political misuse of the Board of Governors was immediately put into action, and the deployment of a set of new and advanced centrifuges has begun."
Meanwhile, Fereydoun Abbasi, the former head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, said, "The Islamic Republic has cooperated with the IAEA over the past 20 years, even beyond its commitments, but it is time to move towards higher enrichment in order to improve the country's technical and nuclear know-how."
07:45 - IDF eliminates Hamas terrorist responsible for recent rocket fire on Israel
The IDF announced that over the past weekend, acting on IDF and ISA intelligence, the IAF killed the terrorist Ahmad Abd el-Halim Abu Hussein, responsible for rocket fire in Hamas' Western Jabaliya Battalion. Abu Hussein was responsible for many rocket and mortar fire attacks against the Israeli citizens and IDF soldiers operating in the Gaza Strip.

Saudi news site al-Arabiya reported this morning that a ceasefire deal in Lebanon is close to being finalized after the U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein promised satellite surveillance of the country and assured Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israeli freedom of operation in response to violations.
According to an Axios report, Hochstein sent a message to Netanyahu, via Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Michael Herzog, threatening to withdraw as mediator if Israel did not make concrete steps towards a deal in the coming days.
