IDF finds more Hezbollah weapons in Lebanon | Israeli soldiers discover Hamas rocket launchers | DM Katz to IDF: Prepare for winter on Mt. Hermon

11:30 – IDF troops continue to dismantle Hezbollah infrastructure in southern Lebanon

Israeli troops stationed in southern Lebanon in recent days continued to search and destroy Hezbollah infrastructure and weapon depots, the IDF stated.

Soldiers located many weapons, including Cornet anti-tank missile launchers, missiles that were camouflaged and hidden in a tangled, wooded and mountainous area, Kalashnikov rifles, ammunition and other military equipment.

In addition, an anti-tank missile launch site was located from where Hezbollah terrorists fired at the settlements of the Upper Galilee during the past year. In another operation, soldiers found a weapons cache containing RPG missiles and mortar grenades.

“The forces of the 769th Brigade continue to be deployed in the area of ​​southern Lebanon and along the border in an operational activity to remove threats to the citizens of the State of Israel while maintaining the agreement between Israel and Lebanon,” the IDF stated.

As Israeli forces continue to operate in the Gaza Strip, troops of the Kfir Brigade recently found rocket launchers that were hidden and aimed at Israeli settlements near the enclave, the IDF said.
