A 54-year-old man from the northern village of Tuba Zangaria was shot and killed Tuesday evening in the Eastern Galilee, bringing the growing number of crime-related Arab deaths in Israel to a whopping 178.
The man was rushed to the Ziv Medical Center in Safed but pronounced dead upon arrival.
Police officials released a statement saying that the "incident is apparently a conflict between criminals.”
Israel Police forces began an investigation and are currently searching for the suspects.
The Jewish state has been rocked by a growing wave of criminal killings in the Arab sector, mostly related to fights between rival crime families.
