YouTube partially blocks "Isaiah 61 PRAYER SONG to Set The Captives Free"

Tony Sperandeo and Noam Waksman wrote the music in 1987 to the words of Isaiah 61:1-3 in the song entitled Ruach Adonai Alai - The Spirit of the Lord is Upon Me.
Sperandeo led the group of believers who gathered in Sderot and sang Ruach Adonai Alai. This video was released on YouTube on March 7, 2024, under the title, Isaiah 61 PRAYER SONG to Set The Captives Free. However, earlier today, YouTube partially blocked the video for most users in the United States and Canada, claiming "copyright violations."

ALL ISRAEL NEWS has a signed Music License Agreement with Sperandeo and Waksman to distribute the song Ruach Adonai Alai as part of its campaign, #SetTheCaptivesFree #Isaiah61. Therefore, there is absolutely no reason for YouTube to partially block the video. Perhaps there is a deeper reason why YouTube wants to limit the audience for this prayer song video?
I disputed YouTube's claim of copyright violations and received a message that the review process could take up to 30 days.
