Uriah, Yuval and Ofri Brodutch met with their dog Rodney yesterday, the first time since they returned to Israel. Avichai Brodutch, who became one of the recognized symbols in the struggle for the release of the Israeli hostages, reunited with his children and wife, Hagar.

Yagil and Or Yaakov, ageds 13 and 16 respectively, were released last night from Hamas captivity after 52 days, as part of the fourth wave of released hostages.

The two were kidnapped from their home in Kibbutz Nir Oz. Their father, Yair Yaakov, along with his girlfriend, Merav Tal, was also taken by Hamas. Their mother Renana posted a photo of the exciting reunion on Tuesday and a hug that you would not want to end.

At the end of the fifth week of the war, Palestinian Islamic Jihad released a video showing Yagil. It was also later announced that the 13-year-old suffers from a life-threatening allergy.

On Oct. 7, Yagil and Or's father was taken to Gaza, along with his girlfriend and minutes later, his two sons were also taken. Just before, their mother talked to them on the phone: "She talked to them crying, she heard the younger one (Yagil) say, 'Don't take me captive, I'm too small,'" their uncle said in an interview.

With the release of the video showing Yagil alive, the family shared some moments of happiness. "Yagil's face was thinner, the eyes were darker, you can see the sadness there," added his uncle Yaniv.
