During overnight operation, IDF arrests 13 suspects, find weapons manufacturing workshop
Israel Defense Forces, Border Police, and Shin Bet security operatives in the Palestinian territories arrested 13 suspects in Judea and Samaria overnight.
Along with the arrests, the forces also confiscated several munitions, including two “Carlo” weapons.
The forces detained two suspects in Hebron, where they discovered a weapons manufacturing workshop that contained weapons parts, including M-16 pieces, and four lathes used to manufacture weapons.
Israeli security forces encountered resistance in several villages around Samaria (Nablus), including shooting, rock throwing, and an improvised explosive device. The forces responded with crowd dispersal methods and apprehended the wanted suspects without injury.
The suspects were arrested and taken for questioning, while the confiscated weapons were transferred to security forces for disposal.
