Explosive drone hits school building in Eilat, no injuries reported
A drone hit a school building in the southern Israeli city of Eilat and exploded on Thursday evening, Education Minister Yoav Kisch confirmed.
While no physical injuries were reported, seven people were treated for anxiety.
According to Kisch, at the time of the explosion only special education students were present but they entered the shelter and were not harmed.
The circumstances of the incident are under investigation, the IDF stated.
