According to Saudi reports, explosion at Houthi missile site yesterday was Israeli attack
On Friday morning, the Saudi news site Al-Arabiya reported that an Israeli missile strike was behind the explosion outside the Houthi capital of Sana in Yemen on Thursday.
Videos of the explosion circulated on social media yesterday, with many reports claiming the explosion took place at a known missile storage site of the Houthi rebels.
While many people on social media wondered whether Israel was behind the explosion, following the seizure of an Israeli-owned vessel two weeks ago and the attempted seizure of another earlier this week, the al-Arabiya report indicates that Israel may be responsible for the strike.
If so, it appears that the IDF is maintaining the same policy regarding its activity in Syria, which is to not comment on the strikes it carries out.
