Major (res.) Yossi Levi will soon assume his new role as battalion commander, thus becoming the first ultra-Orthodox battalion commander in the IDF. In his civilian life, he also works to recruit his own people to the IDF, and works as the person responsible for promoting ultra-Orthodox fighters. In a special interview, he spoke about his disappointment with the recruitment figures in the war, his fear of social conflict - and his hope that one day young ultra-Orthodox people will be able to see him as a role model.
