19:59 - Israel confirms striking Hezbollah targets in Syrian capital in unusual statement
In an unusual statement, the IDF claimed responsibility for an airstrike on Hezbollah targets in the Sayda Zeinab suburb of the Syrian capital of Damascus earlier on Monday.
"Infrastructure and assets of Hezbollah's intelligence staff in the Damascus area were attacked," the IDF stated.
"The Intelligence Staff is the central intelligence body in Hezbollah that is responsible for building the organization's intelligence image, leads the direction of intelligence activities in the organization, and is the center of collection and detection capabilities," the IDF said.
It added that the unit operates a branch in Syria including "a collection and assessment system."
"To the best of my recollection, this is the first time in several years that the IDF has taken responsibility for an attack in Damascus," commented Army Radio's military correspondent, Doron Kadosh.
19:06 - IDF struck Hezbollah headquarters in Damascus suburbs - report
Israel's Army Radio confirmed earlier reports that the IDF struck Hezbollah headquarters in the Saiyda Zeinab suburb south of Damascus, a known stronghold of the Iranian regime and its proxy militias.
The IDF so far hasn't officially commented on the strikes.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Israel launched 3 strikes targeting 3 separate farms in the south and southeast of Sayda Zeinab in Rif Dimashq governorate near Damascus.
The organization says the farms were formerly used as rest houses and camps by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and Hezbollah.

The IDF announced that following sirens that sounded a short while ago in the Western Galilee, the IAF successfully intercepted a UAV that infiltrated from Lebanon into Israeli territory.

The IDF spokesman's office said that as of 15:00, approximately 60 projectiles fired by the Hezbollah terrorist organization have crossed from Lebanon into Israel today (Monday, November 4th).
"The IDF will continue to defend the State of Israel and its people against the threat posed by the Hezbollah terrorist organization," the IDF said.

10:40 - Eli Feldstein identified as Netanyahu affiliate suspected of leaking hostage deal intelligence
Eli Feldstein, a spokesman indirectly employed by the office of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu (PMO), was identified as the central suspect accused of leaking sensitive intelligence connected to the hostage deal negotiations with Hamas after a gag order was lifted.
The court withheld the names of three more suspects but it confirmed they are connected to the defense establishment.
According to Kan News, Feldstein wasn't technically an employee of the PMO but was working for the director-general after failing the security clearance required to work at the PMO.
Feldstein was formerly an officer in the IDF Spokesperson Unit, serving as spokesman for the religious Netzah Yehuda Battalion and the West Bank Division. Later, he briefly worked as a spokesman for Otzma Yehudit party leader, Itamar Ben Gvir, who now serves as Israel's national security minister.
10:25 - Palestinian Authority blasts Israel's termination of relations with UNRWA
Israel's official notification to the UN about the termination of relations with UNRWA is "a violation of conventions, international treaties, international decisions and international humanitarian law," stated Nabil Abu Rudeinah, the spokesman for Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas,
Abu Rudeinah also said that Israel continues to harm UNRWA's ability to eliminate the refugee issue, erase the right of return, and disrupt UNRWA's activities and its role.
The PA called on the international community to take serious and concrete steps against Israel on the ground, noting that Israel would bear full responsibility for the "dangerous consequences" of the decision.
10:19 - Four hostile drones shot down within half an hour by IDF air defenses
The Israeli Air Force (IAF) shot down four hostile drones attacking Israel within half an hour on Monday morning, the IDF stated.
Two of the drones were launched by Hezbollah forces in Lebanon, while another two drones came "from the east," an IDF signal that they were launched by Iranian terror proxies in Iraq.
The IDF said two of the drones crossed into Israeli territory before being intercepted.

08:25 - IDF intercepts suspicious aerial targets in Golan Heights and Galilee
The IDF spokesman's office said that following sirens that sounded between 07:42 and 07:47 in the southern Golan Heights, the IAF intercepted a suspicious aerial target that crossed into Israel from the east, as well as an additional suspicious aerial target approaching Israeli territory from the east.
Additionally, a short while ago, a suspicious aerial target in the Upper Galilee area that crossed into Israel from Lebanon was intercepted by the IAF. An additional target was intercepted before crossing into Israeli territory. Sirens were sounded in accordance with protocol.
07:30 - IDF says it eliminated a Hezbollah commander responsible for rocket attacks
The IDF Spokesperson's Office announced that the Israeli Air Force (IAF) struck and eliminated Abu Ali Rida, the Hezbollah commander of the Baraachit area in southern Lebanon. Abu Ali Rida was responsible for planning and executing rocket and anti-tank missile attacks on IDF troops and oversaw the terrorist activities of Hezbollah operatives in the area.
In the Gaza Strip, the IAF struck and eliminated the terrorist Ahmed Al-Dalu, a member of the Islamic Jihad's Military Intelligence Unit. Ahmed Al-Dalu took part in the Oct. 7 massacre last year in the Israeli community of Kfar Aza. An additional terrorist was eliminated alongside him. Throughout the war, Al-Dalu was involved in planning and executing terror attacks against the citizens of the State of Israel.
06:20 - Israel informs UN that 1967 agreement that recognizes UNRWA is no longer valid
Following the passing of legislation severely limiting the operations of UNRWA in Israel, in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank) and the Gaza Strip, the Israeli Foreign Ministry sent a letter to the United Nations announcing that Israel is withdrawing from the 1967 agreement that recognized the agency.
Foreign Ministry Dir.-Gen. Jacob Blitshtein sent an official letter to UN General Assembly President Philemon Yang of Cameroon, which read: “Israel will continue to work with international partners, including other United Nations agencies, to ensure the facilitation of humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza in a way that does not undermine Israel’s security. Israel expects the United Nations to contribute to and cooperate in this effort.”

00:35 - Hamas IED explodes near Kamal Adwan Hospital, injuring 6 children
The IDF reported that in coordination with COGAT, a humanitarian convoy enabled the evacuation of patients and staff from the Kamal Adwan and Al-Awda hospitals to other hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip on Sunday.
"As the convoy passed by the Kamal Adwan Hospital, a report was received from the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the detonation of an explosive device, only a few hundred meters away from the hospital. As a result of the explosion, the convoy was hit by shrapnel. No injuries were reported among the convoy’s personnel," the IDF spokesperson said.
"Following the incident, officers from COGAT's Gaza Liaison and Coordination Command contacted the head of the WHO and clarified that it was an IED belonging to the terrorist organizations. Additionally, six children in the hospital were injured from the same explosion."
